Reiki Level I: Foundations of Healing Saturday, November 16th, 2024 9am-4pm
In Reiki Level I, you will begin your journey into the world of Reiki, a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice. This foundational course introduces the basics of Reiki, including:
Understanding Reiki: Learn the principles and history of Reiki, and explore how it works to promote healing and balance.
Self-Healing Techniques: Discover how to use Reiki for personal wellness, including techniques for channeling energy to yourself to enhance physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Hand Positions: Master the basic hand positions used to channel Reiki energy during sessions.
