About the Facilitator: Dr. Jen Willoughby Vogtmann, a distinguished college professor with a doctorate in occupational therapy, is a certified Reiki Master proficient in both the Usui Method and Shamanic Reiki. She seamlessly integrates Reiki into her practice, yielding remarkable outcomes.

Preparation: Dress comfortably for ease of movement. Feel free to bring a mat for seated activities; chairs will be provided. All materials for the Usui Method will be supplied. Lunch is not provided, but local dining options are available nearby. Don't forget to bring a snack and water to stay refreshed throughout the day.
